概述 Descriptions
振動流化床采用雙質體共振式結構形式，慣性激振器與共振質體組成一個共振單元，用普通電機通過萬向節帶動齒輪激振器產生激振力，激振力經共振彈簧放大數倍后作用于工作質體，使物料處于流化狀態，被處理物料在這種激振力的作用下跳躍前進，同時振動流化床底部輸入的熱風穿過料層，物料顆粒與熱風充分接觸從而達到理想的干燥效果。

特點 Features
1. 振動源是采用振動電機驅動，運轉平穩，維修方便，噪音低，壽命長。

適應物料 Application
1. 共聚物及其單體等有機物如：MBS、ABS、己二酸、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺晶體、聚四氟乙烯、酚醛樹脂、尼龍 66 、聚丙烯樹脂、滌綸切片、聚氯乙烯。
Polyamide, acrylamide crystal, polytetrafluoroethylene, phenolic resin, nylon 66, polypropylene resin, polyester chips, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyacrylamide, polyacrylamide and so on;
2. 無機鹽如：純堿、食鹽、硝 酸銨、碳酸鉀、氯 酸鉀、氯化鉀、硝酸鉀、磷酸鉀、硫酸鉀。
