氧化鋁陶瓷是一種以α- Al2O3為主晶的陶瓷材料。因為其優越的性能，在現代社會的應用已經越來越廣泛，滿足于日用和特殊性能的需要。我公司主要生產氧化鋁含量95%以上的各種規格氧化鋁陶瓷產品，采用等靜壓或干壓工藝成型，高溫梭式窯燒制而成。按氧化鋁含量，可分為：90瓷、92瓷、95瓷、97瓷、99瓷和99.5瓷。
產品種類：氧化鋁陶瓷管、陶瓷環，氧化鋁陶瓷棒、陶瓷柱，陶瓷球閥，泥漿泵陶瓷缸套,陶瓷導軌，陶瓷風輪及各種大型氧化鋁異形件，耐磨襯板、耐磨襯磚、耐磨內襯片，圓形及柱狀研磨瓷球、填料球、蓄熱瓷球和環保瓷球，剛玉莫來石匣缽，氧化鋁陶瓷造粒粉，長余輝發光材料氧化鋁粉和拋光粉，及用于**行業的陶瓷防彈片等，。其中以等靜壓工藝生產大規格陶瓷管是我公司的優勢，直徑可以做到600mm，壁厚可以做到70mm。
產品性能：產品致密性好，無氣孔，具有硬度大、強度高、耐高壓、耐高溫、耐磨損、耐酸堿腐蝕、電氣絕緣性好等特點。
產品應用：各類工程機械、紡織機械、電子電器等需耐磨、耐高溫、耐腐蝕部位，并可做成絕緣器件和優良的研磨介質等。
Alumina ceramics is a high technology ceramic material. In the sintered materials, α- Al2O3 is the major crystalline phase. The using of alumina ceramics is more and more popular in modern society because of its superior performance,and meet the daily needs or meet special needs. We mainly produce all kinds of alumina oxide ceramics,and its alumina content could be more than 95%. The product was made by isostatic pressing or dry pressing and fired by the high-temperature shuttle kiln. According to the alumina content, alumina ceramics can be classified as:90%, 92%, 95%, 97%, 99%, 99.5%.
